I ordered 2 of the same size Powerstep Original Orthotic Insoles. One fit my boots but I needed different size for my walking shoes. The online customer service staff was most helpful and I have returned one pair of the original for a larger pair of the Powrstep Pinnacle Maxx Orthotics. The Orthotic Shop staff have been most helpful and courteous! I'll be recommending them to my friends.

Good service and fair price

Had to create a new customer login because old one wouldn\'t go through--when I clicked to submit my email was replaced with a bunch of strange numbers and letters. Although frustrating, I hope this was just a glitch. I was very pleased with the new shoes when they were delivered.

The sandles I bought were true to size anad fit very well. My feet never felt better. I would advise that you wear them for a few hours and a time for the first few days so your feet can get adjusted to being in the proper position.

I was pleased to find a pair of CrocsRx in my size although the inventory does appear to be low.

Although the shipping address I had provided was correct, it gave me a great sense of reassurance as to the quality of the service provided that the address had been checked so promptly.
