It took 8 days for the priority post delivery. I'm not sure if this is normal or overly long. I am happy with the product I received.
The shopping experience was fine it is the product I was dissatisfied with. I returned the order yesterday and am waiting on my refund.
I am ordering these for my husband. I purchased two pair of these a few months ago and they are fabulous. We were disposing of our shoes way before they were worn out. Now we can just replace the insoles when they wear out, which, incidentally, mine show no wear thus far. They are fabulous!

Very pleased, and after a few days my feet are feeling much better. It is good to be able to walk almost pain free!
I'll be returning the sandals only because due to the shape of my feet, they weren't comfortable. I'm looking at other styles by Orthoheel to purchase in place of these.
I suffer from a Morton's neuroma, and I went to a podiatrist who said I should wear these shoes. I wore them for a day and my foot was killing me... Seems like I may have wasted $**...

Fast efficient service, especially for an international transaction.
1) I had to go to other sites for MORE pictures - one side shot is not enough. 2) I have a PO Box for safety, I don\'t like shipping options - UPS throws pkgs on front porch in full view of the street/passing people. 3) many of your products have a rating, but when I look, no reviews.\n\nBecause you have free exchange shipping - I\'ll try the shoe, but I hate to order stuff when I don\'t know if it\'s going to work out via reviews and multiple pictures! Check out zappos. They are shoe retailers! Shoes from every angle, VIDEO\'s, enough information to make good decisions I know I won\'t have to exchange/return later.
