The above questions I can not give high stars as this is my first order with you.

The sandals were a bit too small. I wish the company made half sizes. They are good for walking short distances or around the house. Orthoticshop.com was great though.

I can definitely tell the difference in my knee pain after wearing the sandals I bought. But it is true, wear them a few hours a day for a couple of weeks. I am 75 and have arthritis and ortho MD tells me I'm not ready for knee replacement yet! So I'm trying to maintain a healthy weight and wear appropriate shoes to do all I can to ensure that.

Unfortunately, I had to return the products. The shoes were to narrow and the insoles were to long. Guess I ordered wrong size. The return was very simple via FedEx. I'm going to go to a locale store, have my wide feet measured so they will fit. Your website was east to navigate, easy to order and easy to return...Thank you!
