I had an excellent experience shopping at orthoticshop.com! I had a problem with shipping that was the Post Office's fault, which caused my order to be returned to sender. I called the orthoticshop.com customer service and explained the situation. They shipped me a new order right away so I didn't have to wait any longer to receive my order. They were extremely helpful during the whole process and it was very much appreciated!

Ordering was great. Like no shipping fees. I have received my shoe. They are very nice. I am wondering if I should have ordered a size smaller. I feel they are a little loose, but I fear that the next size down would be too small. Maybe I needed a narrower shoe. I am still deciding what to do.

First order; however, looks like a good relationship. Order now complete and the job is first rate.

Finding a FLAT, cushioned insole to fit over my custom-made orthotics has been difficult. I went to several sites before I found exactly what I needed here.

Checkout with PayPal is quite confusing experience on your site. I had to go back and forth twice btwn your site and pp before I received payment confirmation. Weird.

I got my order but, I wear size 10 so I order my size they were very small so I sent them back.

Good selection of footwear, and overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. At the time I placed my order, the PayPal order option did not appear to work and there was some confusion upon checkout. However, the products were shipped and received promptly. I'll be shopping again!
