The only negative I had was the original order was cancelled for some reason. I called customer service and she said the order was "deleted"'. She told me she would put the order through and the items would would arrive the next day and they did!

I am glad to have found what I needed. I hope we will only need these shoes for a short time, so hopefully we won't need to buy more.

Out of stock on my first three choices. This was very discouraging.

When trying to return item for exchange product return form did not load properly resulting in requirement to telephone customer service.

Return Form needs work in system and to use same wording as on packing slip or order confirmation. Check out llbean return protocol.

Was disappointed they were returned first time ordered but the follow up from your end was great thats why I did not hesitate to re-order,,,only hoping this time no problems. I am rating them down because their supplier shipped the shoes to the Orthotics Shop instead of shipping them to me. I do not know whose fault it was, but it caused the shoes to be late for my daughter for school. I contacted Orthotics Shop via email and they shipped them on out to us and we got them within 2 business days. However, I asked someone to call me and no one did. All correspondence was done via email.

It would be great if you could ship to a location in canada without the high cost of shipping.I would probably shop more often,as I`m sure others would as well.

I had an excellent experience shopping at orthoticshop.com! I had a problem with shipping that was the Post Office's fault, which caused my order to be returned to sender. I called the orthoticshop.com customer service and explained the situation. They shipped me a new order right away so I didn't have to wait any longer to receive my order. They were extremely helpful during the whole process and it was very much appreciated!
