Your password and signup for store option was confusing for first time buyer - when choosing the signup for store/news option. Kept getting an incomplete message and almost gave up.

The only negative I had was the original order was cancelled for some reason. I called customer service and she said the order was "deleted"'. She told me she would put the order through and the items would would arrive the next day and they did!

I am glad to have found what I needed. I hope we will only need these shoes for a short time, so hopefully we won't need to buy more.

Out of stock on my first three choices. This was very discouraging.

When trying to return item for exchange product return form did not load properly resulting in requirement to telephone customer service.

Return Form needs work in system and to use same wording as on packing slip or order confirmation. Check out llbean return protocol.
