Everything was great but the delivery time. You should not use usps for international orders. You should use ups or DHL. My order finally arrived but it took 1 month...

Received my sandals and love them but on site they were discribed as brown with snakeskin but received bronze with snakeskin. I am keeping them as they are very nice, just would have been nice if discription said bronze

Everyone, I contacted on the web including Zappos, were out of this size and particular orthotic. Just discovered Orthaheel 3 months ago via QVC and because I pronate badly on right foot, orthaheel has the strong high arch support I need; this is my brand! Had ordered "Relief full orthotic", but it wasn\'t supportive enough for my right pronation. Hope this style works.
