Easy on line shopping. My order arrived speedily. I have been using the 3/4 orthotic in all my shoes with excellent results. There is definite correction of my pronation, with notable decrease in my knee pain when walking. Highly recommend this product, especially for the low price! My podiatrist wanted to make orthotics for me for $***! Can't imagine them doing any better than the Orthaheel orthotic.

I called Orthotic Shop for advise re the purchase of Spira Classic Women's shoe for my daughter who has flexible flat foot painful feet, and Down syndrome. They were very helpful,and timed the delivery until she would be home. My daughter loves her shoes and can walk with less pain.

Great except being out of stock in my normal size for the Lyncos. I like the free shipping and am going to try some new styles due to your satisfaction guarantee. Had the occasion to call customer service because my order was split. The representative was very friendly and courteous and answered my questions.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. I received one pair promply but the second pair has been impossible to find as the original supplier has none in their warehouse. The pair I received had a very thin insole so I had to send them back because that company (Orthaheel) had a reputation in the past for having a good amount of insole support. I did have a large selection to choose from to exchange my returned pair for.

I was having terrible heel pain in both heels. I was looking for a shoe that would help my symptoms. I have plantar fasciitis. The shoes had to have a good arch support and be kind to my heels and be flexible. These pretty much work. The only complaint I might have is I wish they had a little more cushioning in the heel. I am wearing an additional support in the heel and arch area for that.

Was told that they would be delivered in 7-10 days, they came I believe on the 5 day.

My orthotics from The Orthotic Shop was the best online price I found (considering the free shipping), and they arrived within a few days. I'll be a return customer when these wear out.

I am happy with my purchase and I highly recommend these shoes. I needed slippers but I also needed slippers with an arch support. These shoes are pleasing to the eye and they allow me to lounge with support.
