--Have received in a timely matter. My 11 year-old son is happy so far. We are new to trying out support for him and not entirely sure what to look for, but he says the pain is less now during our walks. So we are moving in the right direction.

My disappointment stems from the fact that the size was much, much too large. The female orthotic was only offered as size 6-7.5. I am a size six and the orthotic wouldn't even fit into my shoe. It should be made in each individual size. I did give it to my husband (a male size 8) and he is still breaking it in. I'm glad he could use it. Thanks for the opportunity to give you this information.

The shoes I ordered were received in a timely manner. Although I love the look of the shoes, they did not fit comfortably, so I am going through the return process now. That is going very smoothly. I will definitely shop at this store again.

I am very pleased with the foot up support. I noticed a big difference in how I could walk more naturally as soon as I put it on. If possible, could you consider making it in white also.
