It was easy

I need to return the shoes. Won't fit. I don't have phone number to call. Will you please give me a number.

On a previous attempt to order, the cart page froze and I wasn't able to adjust the order. I tried Live Help, but gave up after waiting several minutes for a response. These are the reasons for the rating above.

I love the Power step insoles for over pronation! Just as good as the ones I get at the podiatrist's office but a lot cheaper.

Although they seem to constantly be out of the one shoe in my size I wish to order, overall it's a nice place to shop with fast service and delivery. I ended up liking the alternate shoe style I ordered, finding it had the same comfort and quality.

Price was great; was able to use an added promo code. Delivery was fast. Very satisfied.
