Great shoes, I walked 4 days in Orlando with my kids and my feet did not hurt, I was tired but no pain from my feel as I felt in the past.

I was originally purchasing my Spira shoes locally, but the store that carried them has been gone for several years. I found this site online. In making my first purchase from this store, I bought a size too narrow and had no trouble getting a quick exchange. This year's purchase fit perfectly, and I was amazed at how quickly my shoes arrived.

Initially confusing, as I received two emails about delivery on a certain date. I waited at home for the delivery for two days. After receiving the third email, I contacted the phone number given, and was informed by your staffer that I shouldn't have received the first emails, and that as I was in Canada, the parcel was coming via the postal service. All cleared up, and the young lady apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Well done and thanks again.

Found what was looking for quickly and had the size needed
All went good except the sizing. They run big (the last pair I purchased did as well but I was able to order a 1/2 smaller and they fit nicely) This pair only comes in full sizes, so I need to return this pair of size 8 and try a 7. I'm concerned a full size smaller may be TOO small but I'm going to try them. I am in the process of sending the size 8's back to you.
