The shopping experience was great. One of the products I received was slightly disappointing. It is the slim Orthaheel shoe liner to be used in dress shoes. I have worn Orthaheel shoes for a few years and the amount of arch support in this was less than I expected. Could have been a little thicker at the arch.

I'm a diabetic with a high arch and foot pain; my main problem is with slippers and tile floors! Just wish this slipper came in more than one color.
