Very easy to view products and order. In my case, I needed a wide boot for bunion issues. The boot with the slight "roll" looked a bit clunky, and fit a bit too tight over the toes. But I will definitely check the website again and see if there is another model that I might be more successful in wearing! Great attention to detail; thank you so much!

Very easy to order, hope delivery is also smooth.
Delivery was promised in 2-3 days but took 9 days. However the ability to look at the tracking feature let me see where the order was at all times. I understand that it takes longer to pass through customs to Canada. Promised delivery to Canada should probably be at least a week.
