Would prefer to respond to this after the transaction is complete. Item received today. Packaged well. Most importantly, the item received was exactly as ordered. Assistance received when ordering was excellent. This particular shoe is one of the few I have found that is comfortable with my condition (diabetic with severe neuropathy and partial amputation). It is hard to find. I have found that you get the quality you pay for and in this case price is very reasonable for the excellent quality. Thank you

I would just like to see some cuter styles in the 11 1/2 to 12 narrow sizes.

Ordering was very easy. Website was easy to navigate. Wasn't satisfied with the quality of color.
I had trouble using Paypal...the system took me to the checkout page 3 times...not sure if I places one order or 3!
Update: I only placed one...the shipment was received very quickly. One item was incorrect, though...sent the wrong color. I called and they arranged to send the correct item and sent me a return receipt by email. The new item was received within three days, like the first and was correct. I was pleased with the way the correction was handled. I am sure orthoticshop.com will work out the kinks in the website and their order fulfillment. Both items I ordered were high quality and I am very pleased with them.

I tried to order on an ipad, but nothing would get added to my cart, so I had to use my laptop. It worked perfectially.

Shoes were delivered quick, and were as described. The shoes were on sale which was great.
If a color or size is not available, a wait list option would be nice.
