This is my second time to order from Orthotic Shop. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals the first time and they arrived quickly. I absolutely love both pairs! Wonderful comfort and support!

The shipping charges to Canada are little too high. I haven't contacted Orthoticshop yet but will be. I am returning my purchase. I pair does not fit properly and the other pair the wrong color came. I did recheck my order and it shows I order brown but I think it was changed as I ordered Khaki.

The USPS did not deliver the package on time, 3 days late. In addition, when the package was received, the box inside the package was not crushed although the item itself is still in good condition.
Free shipping is AWESOME. Late night infomercials will sell you something for $*.** and add on more than that for shipping. Amazon regular shipping price is OK, but often takes weeks to arrive, expedited shipping gets expensive. I LOVE your free shipping.
