The doctor who makes my orthotics recommended this site when I could not find suitable shoes that would fit my orthotic. This is my first order and I was surprised at how quickly I received my order. I ordered hiking boots in 4e which is larger than the 2e I usually wear. I was glad I ordered a wider size since I have to get both my orthotics and thicker socks into the boots.
The service was good but we had to send the shoes back because my mother in law could not wear them because they hurt her bunions. She is 94 and lives in a rest home

I'm very pleased with my shopping experience with Orthoticsshop.com. I messed up my order and got the wrong size brace ordered. I contacted customer service, they sent me return shipping labels at their cost and got a replacement brace, the correct size, sent right out to me. Now that's good business practice.
The slippers are not wide enough.

I was specifically looking for the silver inserts found in Crocs' Rx Cloud shoe and searched for it on your site. What came up was one called Backjoy Silver Comfort Insoles and it looked online like the actual Crocs insert and one I have here at home, and it was silver. Turns out it was not even close to the Crocs Rx Cloud insert and seemed hard as a rock on my feet. Service was very good and I really like OrthodicShop, but this was not what I was looking for.
