I was disappointed when I was advised by orthoticshop to order down a size if foot took a half size.When I received my order- the shoe size was too small. I should have ordered the 10 instead of 9.

My order took 3 weeks to arrive which I think is far too long.
Having said that, Shannon was most helpful when I called with a query and sent a follow up email to clarify my concern.
The package was delivered to my building and despite my opening the door for the person delivering the package, it was left at the Super's office and not delivered to my unit.

Loved that I could check out through my Amazon account
