So far I am encouraged by the professionalism. Now I have to see whether the delivery of the ordered product meets my expectations as well.

I found eliminating an item from my cart because I changed my mind on a product was not easily accomplished.

I returned poorly fitting mocs and ordered a shoe that I've purchased in past to take advantage of the exchange offer. I have yet to know if promise is kept. In any case Orthoheel never fails to satisfy and I wouldn't buy them from anyone but Orthotic Shop. I prefer to buy in Canada except in this one case.

You spent my time with an offer for a discount code that I took the time to note, but didn't provide a field for it. That was annoying. I was also offered an opportunity to use my Amazon account which would have been great, but that only resulted in a blank page. Also annoying.

I have wide feet and high insteps. So these slippers are perfect for my feet. Love that they are adjustable on top.

Can not say I am satisfied with product since the wrong size was sent and I am now tring to generate label for sending the package back. I am not happy with this since it is time consuming and I need the shoes.
