I received, "twice" the wrong size even after saying on the exchange order. I am returning the last order for a full refund. After talking to a customer service rep.who was very nice and helpful, she explained the peculiar sizing used by Polpet and that made it clear for me. I canceled the new order which would have precipitated the same problem re size. THANX! I'll shop you again.

I am still getting used to the orthotic part of the shoe. I expect to be able to wear them longer as I get used to them.

They are true to size, and I love the adjustable sides.

Orthotics shop had the best prices for the shoes I wanted. My shoes were a half size bigger than I expected (based on other models by the same brand). They arrived very quickly and in excellent condition.

I don't do this very much at all and I found it very easy!

I finally found some nice shoes for my feet. Prices aren't bad either. I love the wide toe bad as I have mortons neuroma and plantar faciatis in both feet.
