Selection is fantastic and it is great that there is free return shipping if I order a few sizes to try out as long as I keep one. There was an issue with shipping. I paid for 2-3 shipping and the shoes arrive on Friday. There should have been something that stated 2-3 days processing.

Too much money for shipping to Canada... $25.00

Everything was great, but the shoe did not fit. I sent the original pair back by fed x box on sept. 16th.

Received my second pair of Spenco flip flops and they are just as comfortable as my first pair. The arch support and metatarsal support is doing the job. My feet are comfortable and I am finding that I do not have as many toe cramps as before and the sensation of a bump in the ball of my foot has minimized. Being a Florida resident, flip flops are my main footwear so these are great!

The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. Not being a US resident I knew I would have to pay an exchange rate but it was never calculated into my final total online. I had to wait for an email with my total. The shipping time was double what was stated for international orders.

I had to return the shoes for a larger size. Have not received their replacement yet. Sent them back a week ago.

If this works I will recommend it to others with foot problems

I received, "twice" the wrong size even after saying on the exchange order. I am returning the last order for a full refund. After talking to a customer service rep.who was very nice and helpful, she explained the peculiar sizing used by Polpet and that made it clear for me. I canceled the new order which would have precipitated the same problem re size. THANX! I'll shop you again.
