1st time order, we'll see
I should have ordered 2X instead of 5x. Haven't wore them yet.
The shoes are great but big.
Overall very satisfied.

I was sent some shoes I did not order. It took me months to get a return label to send them back and to get credit on my credit card account.

Boots are just like what was advertised. They are a perfect fit (I have never ordered any foot ware by mail order before, so I was somewhat hesitant), but they feel very comfortable. I'll know more about them next month, after I wear them up North for a few weeks.

I was sent an email with a 10% off coupon and your website would not let me use it. Disappointing.
I did receive my orthotics and they seem to be okay. It will probably take more time to get used to the feel of them. Do not wear them all day as by the end of the day my feet hurt. Will continue to break them in daily until they are comfortable.

The item ws the one I had ordered and the price was better than I had seen on other sites. I was extremely pleased with the delivery time- 2 days.

Could not get to check out with Amazon. The shoes are great. This is the second pair I have ordered. My plantar fasciitis goes away when I wear these shoes. They are comfortable.

Trouble using site, kicked out errors

I had been having some knee issues, but now that I'm exclusively wearing the DREW shoes, my knees are much better. I would recommend these shoes to anone.

Service was great but the shoes didn't fit, I had to return them.

I found the shoes to be a bit larger (1 inch at the toe) than I typically get. Otherwise very comfortable...

My only decision was if to try a different insole. I decided on the one like I have as I've been really happy with it. Again, I was able to heat mold the ULTRA and wear it in my sneakers for the entire work day! This is the only insole which has caused me no problem as my arches are different for each foot. The insoles have helped tremendously with my plantar fasciitis!

Timing was oerfect I was leaving for a trip to the smokey mountains and they arrived just in time. I have worn them every day they are just what I needed.

Video was very helpful I helping me select the right shoe for my mother. It fits well. Would recommend it to anyone who had swelling of the feet and ankles.
