A flash 10 % coupon code came up during my shopping which pleased me so I didn't delete one of the prs of shoes I had chosen, but at checkout, it said that coupon had expired or was invalid. Better for you not to give one at all than to give & then take back at checkout.
So I ordered three prs of shoes. Two came right away within about four days, and I was very impressed with the quality of the merchandise. The third pair of shoes wasn't delivered until about ten days later. I have no idea as to why that occurred, but I assumed they were sent from a different location. Perhaps they should learn from the first warehouse. The shoes look really good for orthopedic shoes and moreover, they are really comfortable! I will be ordering more coupon or not!

The first day as I was pulling them on, the pull tab at the back of the right boot pulled loose.
The top strap is to short to reach across the top of the boots and engage more that an eight of an inch to hold the boot closed. Way to short to be of much use. Hoped for much better quality.

Shoes were too big and I tried to reorder on the return...not certain this happened...my computer

I was satisfied with the product; however I would have appreciated a return fed ex sticker to have come with the item. It took three emails to find the right information and that was not acceptable.
