Slippers hurt feet. Can't wear wore 3 hrs 1st day. 2hrs 2 ND day.
Very happy about free shipping. I didn't realize when I ordered the flip flops that they weren't waterproof, but I like them anyway and will have to find another pair to use for the pool at the gym I go to.
If these work for my Mother, will order another pair in sand. She's 93 with swollen feet. In Memory Care unit and needs good foot ware, have only been able to get slipper socks on her, so hope these work, based on reviews, I'm hopeful. Received shipment, but I need to return for another wider side, they did not fit due to the excessive swelling in the feet. Hope the return process goes faster than the first order. Slipper shoes seem very soft and hope we can get the width corrected.

I received the wrong size and had to send the item back. The invoice listed the correct size but the store sent the incorrect size. Now, I have ordered an exchange which is taking much longer to get here than the first order. I would have hoped that the store would send the exchange quickly since it was their error.
I was impressed with how quickly I received my order. Ordering process was straight-forward, no hidden import fees/taxes, and I was able to track my order each day. I highly recommend the Orthotic Shop and will likely shop there again.
