Great service with additional order security at no additional cost to me, the buyer. Oder was received in two parts - both received as ordered and within a few days of ordering. I will say that I had a chat session with one of your employees (female) and she was terrible - even ended the chat session before answering my questions concerning order status on one of the two items I ordered. A little disappointing, but overall, Orthoticshop.com was great to do business with and I would come back again.

Iam having a hard time finding shoes with a soft heel. I purchased a pair of clogs that work well but the sizes are limited. I need a wide shoe. Any help would be appreciated.

I liked my shoes, good support, the they do run big and feel a little too big. Maybe, should of sent them back for smaller size.
