Over all a good experience. The selection for wide shoes was good, the price was fair, and the service timely.

I don't like to take surveys or leave feedback.

I tried to cancel the order two days after I placed it as I found a pair locally. I believe a person has 3 days to cancel an order by law. You did not cancel it and it was shipped immediately which would have been a good thing if I had not needed to cancel it. I was not happy with this.

Bought these socks for my dad who is a diabetic. He really likes them keeps his feet dry and are vert comfortable

The sizing options for sandals did not work for me. I selected 7.5-8 which ended up being too small. As a result, I needed to exchange them for an 8.5-9. The sandals themselves are well-made, comfortable and attractive.

QUICK & WELL THOUGHT OUT

Nice shopping experience. The shoes arrived quickly and were exactly what I ordered. The black snake Larrun loafers are beautiful and fit well. Very happy with them. The Muir strap sandals are for my sister and I know she will love them. She has a pair already and they helped so much with ankle problems resulting from pronation.

Didn't fit
