Very poor communications on confirmation of the order, shipment, etc.

So glad to find this product online! Got my first one through the orthopedic office. The only difference between this brace and the first one is speed lacing. While that is awesome, the sizing by the ankle is a bit smaller. But by adding more Velcro, the speed lace works well!
