I have bought Vionic sandals before, and they are the best shoes I have owned. I am relieved to find your site and buy them online since Albuquerque is so far way.

A few of the slippers i wanted aren't in stock or available in my size.

Free shipping only applies to USA, which is not clearly stated, so by the time you add $25 for shipping, and the US exchange, these become very expensive. The quality looks good though, so we will see how they work for me. Received prompt answers to my questions, and the tracking was very easy to do, so I would give the customer service an A plus.

GOOD PRICES FOR Orthotic shoes. I have inclusion body myositis, leaving both my legs very weak and the
Bottoms of my feet are numb, so I need good boots with quick release velco fasteners rather than shoe laces.
Boots arrived and fit good on my feet. Boots are very good quality.
These should improve my balance when walking with a walker.

I was disappointed in the fit of the sandals that I ordered but it was not a problem to return them.

Your phone operators know nothing about the products you sell. I called many times trying to get some advice, never got a person on the phone that knew anything. Paying 135 for orthodic replacements you would think they would come cut ot my size... they were not.

Biggest problem for me is some of your shoes are too wide in the heel and won't stay on. Need more slides that come up higher on the instep

I gave 3 stars because one of the boots was missing Curly Lamb hair around the upper side of the boot. I didn't send them back because I don't have the time or wanted to spend more money to return them.
