My rating had nothing to do with the product or the delivery. I will be returning the shoes because I have severe swelling in my feet and the shoes are too tight even though they are extra wide. I will be purchasing another pair of shoes from Orthotics shop that are like the ones I am now wearing.

A pop up came up for a discount saying especially for me. When I tried to use it, it did not work? Not sure why?

I like the sandals,but I think they should have extra padding behind the stone design. Otherwise they are pretty.

Great site and prices. The shoes ran larger than my original size. I ordered the sandals in which the insole came out so that I could wear my inserts with them. My inserts did not fit, so had to return them. I will order from orthoticshop again in the future.
