I had a very frustrating experience. Originally I looked for the discount code and when I found it I went back to your site and couldn't find the shoes. Then finally found the shoes, put in the discount code and it wouldn't take it.

LLoved these shoes last year, really glad to find you have them in my size and desired color. When they arrived, they were exactly the same fit as last year. Very pleased. Despite foot issues, can walk easily and in comfort in these Alexa sandals.

I phoned and was told how to return these sneakers. I mailed them back last Thursday via Fed X. The sneakers were very disappointing - flimsy for the price I paid. Please send me an email to confirm receipt and kindly refund the amount to my American Express card as soon as possible. Thank you. This will not affect me ordering from Orthoticshop, again.
