I ordered three pair of men's brown flip flops (2) size 9 and (1) size 10 and one women's size 8. I received three of the items I ordered without problems and one completely different style and color of men's slide sandal. This is for my oldest son who will be going on a cruise and had the grace to accept the wrong sandal in a color and style that wasn't his first or second choice. Disappointing for my first order.
I bought these gel insoles for my husband. He loves them, they are very comfortable in his shoes.

My experience was not good. I was concerned after a week of tracking information showed that my items had not been scanned since they left your business. I tried to resolve this by calling customer service and also sending 2 emails. My emails sent through the website were never responded to. Customer service told me that this was "normal" and to continue to wait for an additional week. I patiently waited an additional week before calling customer service again, the first response was that this was normal but I asked for the owner to contact me. Luckily the owner recognized that the items had not been scanned in 3 weeks and were lost in transit and resent my order. I finally received the two items I purchased. The shoes were good, but the slippers do not feel like there is any additional support in them.
I found the product I was looking for at a competitive price, good shopping and ordering experience, quick shipping. Will absolutely order from them again!
Was easy to place my order. I did pay for 2 nd day air, however I did not receive the shoes for 5 or 6 days after I placed the order. Just saying! The shoes are perfect for my 101 year old mother who is in rehabilitation after breaking her hip. She loves them! Thanks for being here for us and others with special needs!
