Other than being a tad bit too small (length), the slippers are great. I just need to exchange for larger size. Free exchanges is a great benefit.

Confusion regarding item received - was identified as Men's in an enclosure, and Women's on sandal. The fit wasn't what I expected. Returned and awaiting another pair that I hope will fit.

Having trouble reaching customer service. They don't answer the phones.

Very good experience. I need to exchange for a smaller size so I am happy to have been able to try these shoes on. Can't find them in stores.
