FLIP FLOPS ARE GREAT ON THE FEET BUT A LITTLE ROUGH BETWEEN THE TOES.

My experience with OrthoticShop.com has proved to be very good, and I will continue to shop for my shoes here in the future.they have a nice selection of shoes to pick from and delivery is fast. My recent pair of shoes, The Propet' sandals, are very comfortable for me, which makes me so happy! They have comfortable straps, and a much appreciated heal grip, true to size, and I can insert my orthotics in them.

Couldn't change my quantity of item. Couldn't get a discount or a discount code wouldn't work. Very frustrating

Everyone I have talked to has been so great and helpful. A real pleasure to work with about any order.

Shoes didn't fit. Had to return them, and had one heck of a time trying to print out a return label. Finally had to send an email to request the label so I could return them. Fortunately, that was attended to promptly.

Great, comfortable well made slippers with excellent orthotic support.

I got 3 coupon codes as I was shopping but it was never made clear that I had to choose only one.

Coupon code didn't work (15OFF) with 2 pairs of shoes in my shopping cart. Error said discount only applied to 1 pair of the shoes. Fine. Then only apply it to one pair of the shoes, it would not. Then got a instant 10% off coupon code (from a pop-up) that didn't work either. Said I could chat with someone on-line, but could find no option for "chatting" little frustrating.

Good experience; disappointed that 15% off code was not allowed; appreciate 10% code.

I was pleased to find what I was looking for with a coupon discount. The sandals are comfortable and I can wear them for most of a day, which is amazing for my feet. I normally only wear my prescription orthotics in sneakers or tie shoes - so it's nice to have something pretty to wear as an alterative.

Thrilled to find sandals I can wear! All those summers of hot tennis shoes are in the past! YAY.

Couldn't use holiday coupon code. Pop-up said to contact customer service. I called but was told to leave a message. Holiday code will probably be expired by the time someone returns my call. I ordered without the holiday code. I was, however, able to use the new customer discount code, so all is good with me.

Site hard to navigate. Good selection of shoes.

The item I wanted was in stock and I appreciate the 15% off. Yay! The shoes are super comfortable and very nice looking. I have a hard time finding dressy shoes that I can wear due to hip and knee problems. There is plenty of room for my special insoles.
