Ordering was easy and the 10% off was a nice bonus! I ordered a size 3 for my 6 year old granddaughter and they fit ok. These flip flops are exactly 9 inches long from the front edge to the back edge and her feet are probably about 8 inches (she's a big girl) so she may be able to wear them again next year, we'll see. They do look very comfortable but she hasn't worn them enough to see a difference in her heel pain so I can't comment on that yet.
I have only received the box that allows me to do my foot imprints. I sent the box back so am now waiting to receive my orthotics.
