Easy to order, good selection.

The shopping experience was easy. Now I am waiting for the product to arrive. Three out of four shoes arrived in one box with the fourth arriving in a bag. That means if I had not requested an exchange on one of the shoes, I would have been charged shipping on two return labels. That would have been a bit frustrating. Customer service was excellent. I do like the products, I just have difficult feet.

I am very impressed with the assortment and variety of shoes they offer. I wear a women's 12D and also use orthotics so it is not easy finding the right shoe, let alone anything attractive. However the Revere shoe comes in large sizes and is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Definitely worth paying more for and am impressed with the quality of the product.

Had to return the shoes I ordered because the sides of the shoe cut into my foot.

My order was received correct and very fast, I placed the order on Sat night and it was delivered on Wed. I just wish the sandals came in 1/2 sizes but other than that very happy with them, the arch support makes a big difference. When I need a new pair I will probably order from the Orthotic shop again.

So glad I discovered this store. They carry stylish shoes, not just ones that look like they are for people with foot problems and more importantly they are exactly what I need to relieve my heel pain so that I can enjoy my daily life.
