Maybe I am older than I thought! I found navigating the shopping cart was not very friendly and I had to submit my order more than once, without needing to correct any information, for it to go through. This was my first order, so it should be easier from now on.

I had to go back to add a second set of Spenco's, that was a little quirky that I couldn't just add a second pair while going through, but otherwise site was good, pleasant shopping experience.
Once I received the product, they sent me an orthotic, when I ordered or thought I was ordering the soft arch support.
This was the second pair of shoes that I ordered. The first pair came in two days; the second pair came in two days. No shipping charges, price was great great company.
Absolutely love them. Fit is perfect, and extremely comfortable. Love the look.

The package arrived after about 6 weeks.three of which were spent sitting in the Israeli Post office.
I paid about $50-60 dollars for postage, so I was very dissatisfied with the delivery time. Other companies use private delivery services which guarantee delivery within two weeks.
I ordered orthopedic shoes and sandals. The shoes are sized up so I will wear them with socks. The sandals take some getting used to.
Not likely to hear from me again.

Very easy to follow the instructions and change if needed. The main think is I am crazy for Vionic shoes & sandals.
Unable to add credit card info and process purchase. Had to change to Paypal to make it go thru. Would have preferred using my Discover.
