The site was a little less user friendly than I would have liked.
The product arrived very quickly.
I may have to return it because the sandals are too wide for my feet. I hope that the return process is not as stiff as it is described online!

It was easy. It's hard to shop on-line without being able to try the shoes on. Will see when I try the shoes on.

Had no problems with ordering the shoes. I've worn these shoes before. Just wish they came in narrows.
I ordered them because after foot surgery they were easily adjustable according to any swelling experienced on a day to day basis.

I ordered the wrong size and was promptly given a return order. I then reordered the correct size. They came quickly and my husband loves them

Need more stock in wide, update website when no stock available...lower prices. I found same items on different websites that were lower priced plus I could have received a 30% discount for buying 3 or more items!
