After two weeks and many phone calls and e-mails and not getting any notification from you I finally got a hold of a girl who found out my order had not even been shipped yet. She got it out to me that very day.
HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE PRODUCT I WAS BUYING...DID THE EMAIL QUESTION FIRST, BUT NO REPLY IN 4 DAYS. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE AND LEFT TWO MESSAGES ON TWO DIFFERENT DAYS, BUT NO REPLY. FINALLY GOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE THIRD TRY AND QUESTION WAS ANSWERED SATISFACTORILY.

I was so hopeful that I could slip my ortho disc into me sandals and be comfortable. However the sandals run big and so I can't keep them on. I was so disappointed. I can't wear them.
