I had to call into the call center to inquire about my order. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional. She explained, that the computers were down at the warehouse and this is what delayed my shoes going out. They didn't bother to tell your company of the problem. But i received my shoes and am very pleased.

Thank you for your efficient customer service...I received the refund for my cancelled first order and it was credited to my credit card account and my new order was received in a timely manner and satisfactory product. Thank you!

Could never get through to customer service by phone, so in order not to have the shoes GONE when I finally did, I missed out on the additional 5% discount that is offered. As a brand new customer, this is concerning.

Had to return item for a different size for my husband, and the turn around time was exceptional.

Just started using the new insoles...not sure if i got the right type for my feet (my arches aren't flat, they are partly off the ground). So, we'll see over time.
