Site difficult to use. No answer on phone. Coupon not granted

Tried to use coupon OS-*******, but it didn't take the 10% off

When signed in my account I would like to see a button where you get coupons and can click to apply them.other stores have this option and I tend to buy more from them because of this option.i don't have to save them they have them right at checkout and you click and apply best coupon avail.

We've used these shoes twice and they have been very good. We even ordered them from Ireland when we were living in Spain.

I was disappointed with the shoes - I didn't know they were made in China. I've never had any shoes that were made in china fit me and these were uncomfortable - Right shoe was cut smaller than left shoe.
Leather was very stiff and uncomfortable. I don't have trouble with shoes made in Vietnam or USA.
I returned this shoe.

Had to return one pair of sandals because they were too big. Return was easy and credited back to charge card quickly.

Product received, but didn't fit well. Also, the slot for the upper strap seemed misaligned, making it difficult to put the strap through. We ended up sending them back. The return and credit went very smoothly.

Shoe did not have as much orthotic support as I had hoped. I will keep and buy vionic inserts.

Return shopper. Always pleased with my propet purchases. This time, though, the product seemed to run a bit small. Enough to make a difference in the toe bed. I must return them...

Very easy! The process and shopping,buying experience went extremely well! The shoes were nicely priced and were delivered so quickly. I had to return them because I have a very weak right hand and had trouble with the stiffness of the shoe and trying to tie and untie them.
