The walking boot is better than what I expected and cheaper compared to others that don't do an efficient job at keeping the ankle stable. So glad I came across this one and I would definitely buy other products as well as recommend!

Received order and item was as described. The Fed Ex box had been ripped open on one corner as if someone wanted to see what was inside. However, item was not damaged.

Shipping charge is ridiculously high. I was provided by email various discount codes and none of them worked. Apparently they were not applicable on the item(s) I was ordering. When I submitted the order the security screen were a pain..."click where there are street signs", then new photos pop up multiple times. Order process is painful!

My therapist sent me the website for the Sole Softtech insole, so I didn't have to search your home website to find it. So placing this order was easy.
