I thought I was getting what was pictured on your site and I did not. I called and your reply was it is the current model direst from Ossur and yes it was and I was told I could call and talk to them. I did not buy from them I bought from you and you had it drop shipped to me. I have the new unit plugged in and running my ice machine to insure that it will hold up without getting hot since is is a lot smaller and lighter than the model that you have picture that is what I have now that I wanted another one like it. I could have bought the model I received from eBay for 12.95 delivered for such a light transformer.
