I gave this as a gift to my mom and she loved them. I ordered them the week of her birthday and they came in plenty of time.
I ordered 2 pair of Heidi shoes so I wouldn't have to wait if one size didn't fit, and that was a good idea. The 8.5 fit great, although the strap does not have enough holes in it to keep it tight around my ankle, and the 8 was a little too short, so I am keeping the 8.5. These are really classy shoes in a nice material. Am hoping to get another hole put in the straps so they are not loose, but otherwise, these are the sophisticated black shoes I have been looking for, for about a year. Glad that I found them on the Orthotics shop website!
