In my case, 1/2 size (10 1/2, etc.) would have been a preference but not available in the product purchased.

Website was very easy to use. The delivery for the shoe insole was very fast and efficient. The product was overpriced, and insoles did not provide the comfort and added energy to my feet (even after only 5 hours on my feet). I may return for orthopedic working shoes, but these insoles you sold me will have me think twice.

Discount coupons don't work. PayPal put hold on transaction so had to re-register and hassle with the credit card. 30 minutes for a 5-minute order. Just not acceptable. Overall, got products on time and was pleased with that after order was entered.

The slippers I ordered were not as supportive as I was hoping. Not worth the price I paid so I returned them.
