Had 2 separate orders, on the website they both said "shipped within 1-2 business days" one of them did ship but the other didn't and was on backorder - and was then shipped from California (I am in Alabama) so that was an inconvenience. And then both shoes were HUGE. I usually wear a 9 so I ordered a 9 and they felt like 2 sizes too big - so order DOWN. So I sent them back, but meanwhile had to purchase and pay for another pair so I could get them quicker - so being out over $300 now and no shoes to show for is not what I was hoping for. I am trying to get out of a boot from the doctor and need these shoes to put my custom insoles in. Another thing, is my second order said that the insoles were removable - when I got the shoes they were not.

I ordered EEEEE wide shoes and received EEE wide. I was then told that was the widest shoe in the make and size. I only ordered the specific shoe because it was in 5E.

My wife wishes that they made the shoe we ordered in a 5-1/2, but I know that is not your problem. Otherwise, she was satisfied with her order and the how soon they arrived.
