I had a question concerning the shoes after I received them because I didn't think that the insoles would come out. After talking with your representative, I discovered that they indeed did have removable insoles and was very happy to keep the shoes.

Difficulty on IPad. Kept losing wi fi.However, order arrived promptly and everything was perfect. I have narrow heels and the adjustable strap keeps them from slipping.

I have been looking for this product and was happy to see that OrthoticShop carried them. And how awesome that I could use my Amazon account as payment!

The site was relatively easy to navigate. I would like better descriptions of the orthotic qualities of the shoes. I.e., material of shank, cushioning quality of footbed, etc. The shoes fit well and have good support.

It is unclear if size 10 insoles orthotic work for size 10.5. This wasn't addressed when my order was sent. I have yet to try orthotics to see if they fit.

At first had an issue getting to the check out, but after rebooting my computer everything went smoothly. I ordered some shoes to help with my plantar fasciitis and so far I have found them to be very comfortable. I have no pain.

Fair price and quick shipping

Shoes are great. I wish they would come like a high top. My grandson's braces are bigger at the heel, and the shoes fit, but don't cover the "heel". So they look like they are coming off. And he would also love it if they came in several color options!

We would have preferred to have the slippers in a narrow width which was not available. The medium width is too loose for narrow feet. Quality is good.

Great shoes, helps my knees and legs a lot by wearing them. Nice price as well. I wear an 8 (I usually wear 8 1/2) but this size always fits.
