Quality of shoes passed expectations
Very nice product. Lots of complements. However, It shrank some when washed and dried. Use it for swimming - perfect for a chilly pool and deck.
The site is nothing special. What IS special is that I can get shoes in 6E! I think I've been looking for shoes in this size for 5 years. Thank you. Please make your site easier to find for extra wide sizes.
This is the first time that I have ordered and I had to return the items to see if a different size would be better, so we will see how it goes from here.
So far so good but I only just placed my order. I really liked the style of these sandals and had ordered a size 9 since there were no half sizes offered. I have a high instep and the fit is pretty tight - tight enough I can't wear them for too long a time. I think the size 10 would be too big as the sole of the size 9 fits the length of my foot just right. I am hoping they will conform to my feet and will try to continue to wear them.
They are excellent and I will buy from them again.

All around great service and product
I was thrilled to find shoes with good ankle support for my daughter with Down syndrome. They were delivered quickly and just as described. I will be purchasing more in the future.
The shoe gives me the foot support I was looking for. I expected the upper part of the shoe to be more firm. Easier to put the feet in. As an older person, its difficult to for me to put these on.

Well my shoes came promptly. Unfortunately they were too narrow for my left foot which has a bunion on the big toe and on the little toe. I was very disappointed. Also I did not like the material they were made of. It felt scratchy and sadly gave no support to my feet. I had to send them back.
I gave a few rather low ratings because the return process was enormously difficult for me.
The products listed were true to what we ordered. It was easy to order from you and we love the shoes we received!
