Everything was satisfactory. But, I called to get some guidance in ordering another pair of slippers because the first pair didn't fit well and they were uncomfortable. I was on hold for awhile and finally left a message. No one ever called me back which is very annoying. I finally ordered 2 other pair to try.

The shoes were the right size! And my feet feel better.

Check out is fast and easy. Need more selections in wide width for men AND women. The women's Spenco is great, however, I am wondering if the men's Spenco Yumi is a fake because it does not have the characteristic red and blue colors on the bottom and does not seem as sturdy as my other men's Yumi pair purchased from Walmart.com.
