My experience with orthoticshop was great. The slippers I ordered didn't work out, but I'll definitely be ordering again.

This order took two days to get it done which isn't right. I almost gave up. Couldn't remember my password and was suppose to get a link sent to me, but that didn't happen. Wouldn't accept my discount code that was mailed to me and I really had a hard time to get that to go thru and it didn't. Kept getting popups with different codes and the second one worked. Almost gave up.

Received my Spenco sleepers right away. Love them and have them on now
