Fast and professional

I had an initial problem with my order being processed during checkout which caused me to have to wait a few extra days to receive my order but after getting that fixed I had no problems.

The shoes hurt me on the 2nd day that I wore them, same spot on both of my big toes, so they can't be returned

The product (insoles) was larger than I expected and I have only one pair of shoes in which they fit, even after cutting them down. I ordered my shoe size, but one size smaller would work better.
