I love my new boots! They are stretchy where needed. I tried them on and they fit comfortably. The zipper was a bit difficult but I can lubricate it to move easier. Overall I recommend and look forward to wearing!

I received my Vionic (orthoheel) orthotics quickly and they work great. They are supportive and work in any shoes.

I ordered my shoes on 10/6 with a delivery timeframe of 10/11 to 10/16. I requested a tracking number on 10/12. Was told they forwarded my order to Propet because their warehouse was out of the shoes. They were going to give me a tracking number as soon as Propet gave it to them. I tried again on the 14th. It's now after 7 p.m. on 10/17 and I not only don't have my shoes, I still don't have a tracking number.

These shoes are perfect for people with diabetes. They are comfortable and provide great support. I have used them before and am pleased with the quality.

I have ordered and tried on so many shoes, boots and sandals. But the boots by MT Emery fit finally met my needs.

This is the 4th pair Mt. Emey 9215 Women's Orthopedic Boot. Each time I ordered I had problems with the
Zipping. I wear a brace the shoe that has my brace the zipper broke or I couldn't zip it. I had to have the zipper replaced with a metal zipper

Great products. Excellent delivery time. I ordered and received them within 2 days. I caught a great sale on shoes I've ordered bedore. Great value.

Order child slip resistant shoes that didn't work. She couldn't stand without slipping and falling.

I loved the fact that they had several brands and an assortment of options to match my needs. It was super easy to order just what I wanted.

I am very disappointed with this company. I was very happy to find a pair of heels with arch support to wear to my daughter's wedding, so I bought a pair of supportive booties that I was very happy with, and that made me want to give some good walking shoes a try. The walking shoes just did not fit right. I tried different combinations of insoles, different lacing strategies, anything I could find on the internet. Nothing worked. So I contacted customer service, told them the situation, and they told me to send them back. And then a whole different mess happened. My mistake for thinking Orthotic Shop would have as good of customer service as Orthofeet. It's really too bad, because Orthotic Shop has a better selection, but now I know that if there are any problems, I can't trust them.

I bought a pair of the Spira walkers, wore them walking ONCE, the tongue was digging into my ankles and was very uncomfortable. I called customer service to return them and explained what had happened. No mention was made that they resell the returned shoes. They received the shoes back on 11/5 and I did not receive any notification as of 11/10 so I called them to get a status update. I was told that they denied the return because the shoes were 'worn' and they couldn't resell them. So, I'm out $128 for shoes I can't wear!
I would not recommend doing business with this company since you are stuck if the shoes don't fit right. You would have to wear them around the house on carpet for a while so they would be in PERFECT condition or you won't get your money back. The supervisor told me I could 'break them in more'. I'm going back to Gravity Defyer - shoes I've worn for 8 years and did NOT have to break in! And, their customer service is MUCH easier to deal with!

The web site 100% satisfaction. I am not satisfied! THEY DO NOT FIT THEY WOULD RETURN THEM AND I CAN NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I have purchased before and always good quality products and service. This time was about to finalise payment when I noticed a freight charge of $1010. 00 for one pair of shoes and one pair of slippers to Australia. I questioned this and was told via their ‘Chat' thing, that this had been set to stop sending items overseas! As I have ordered and had goods sent from US in past few months with no problems, I sent an email to ask for clarification.
Then they just refused to answer me! Totally rude and not a good look for this company.
I shall NOT be buying from them ever again, and will not recommend them to anyone I know from now on.
Silly people.
